this drawing is along the lines of the futurism movement of the late 1800s. this was a quick sketch of barry as he played with his favorite "toy".
although the drawing has a static overall look, there is movement in the body. the patting of the foot while the instrument sings it's song. the rocking of the body in time with the rhythm.
